Sell. Its a long shot and history can repeat itself. I remember Woods being back by 7 strokes 2 years ago at Pebble Beach. yet he still pulled off the victory. But, I still say that Woods is not as dominant as he once was. Not only that, but everything is going to have to go perfectly to contend to this. Behind 19 players? Not happening this time.

    just incase i forget

3 putting your way on 18 instead of a potential eagle putt won't cut it. small things like that don't get you championchips. we've seen tiger come back from greater deficits but i just don't see him getting out of this one.

FSU recently appealed the rule the NCAA prohibiting the American Indian nicknames from the tournanments. Should the NCAA make this kind or ruling or do they have bigger fish to fry. Around the Horn to Ghetto.

oh come on. this is like MLB trying to get cc sabathia to turn his hat the right way...it ain't gunna happen. you can't just throw out a name like that. they have a right to have a name like that, and if they want it like that then let them be. its starting to get so watered down its getting rediculous.

Absolutely, the NCAA has more things to worry about than team nicknames. Has they ever checked the complaint box? If not, the box must be full and crumpled paper are lying on the floor. The NCAA should worry about how to fix the BCS and get the right formula to set up a true national championship for football and how they are going to prevent most prime college basketball recruits from joining the NBA or the NBDL right after senior prom. Not to mention there's always the next recruiting or booster scandal to investigate at a major school.

No, this is ridiculous. The NCAA should fix it's stupid Bowl system. Florida State, Atlanta, Kansas City, Cleveland all have a right to keep their names. The only team name that I see as borderline are the Redskins, because that's a racial slur. Seminoles isn't offensive..it's not like we have the Florida State Wetbacks or something along those lines. FSU just represents the people who lived in those lands a while ago. And if the Braves, Chiefs, Seminoles offends Indians, what's to stop pirates from complaining about the Raiders/Bucs/Pirates? Next thing you know, some people from the south will be offended by the Yankees, and PETA will cry about the Seahawks/Bengals/any other name animal-related . This country needs to loosen up and quit trying to be so politically-correct.
