    Portugal was the first team to win a game after playing in Arena Amazonia. I think it showed a lot in the Germany game. Not to take anything away from Germany, that midfield is every bit as good as advertised but the US was playing on some heavy legs.

    I couldn't watch it due to being at work but I was following it online. Howard must have been doing an amazing job to block all those shots, but he can only block so much before they finally get one past.

    It looks like our offense was suffering with so few shots of our own.

    I still think Klinsmann is the right guy for this job. It's not just about the World Cup, its about building the entire program. If you look at team USA I think the future is bright.

    We need to work on midfielders and finding our Messi to take things to the next level but I feel like we are building some great depth that just needs some more time to grow.
