    A Vols fan wants to name a sewage plant after Lane Kiffin. He's actually paying around $250 for it. Great idea, or greatest idea?

    hey now, I have to defend my new home state! I think it's hilarious to name that plant after him. Kiffin went from most adored to most hated in a moment out here.
