    NFL Steelers Win #6

Congrats to the Steelers on a hard fought championship in what was a good game. I cannot go along with the media in saying that it was one of the best games of all-time but it was good. Big Ben prevailed, Holmes won the MVP award. Warner comes up short yet again but still had a good game. Didn't hear him thank god for the loss though. Oh well, go Steelers!

Too soon to do that, too many more deserving games.

No but emotions will settle down. Its amazing just how quickly people are to jump the gun on these things. Seems like everyone has short term memory. Plenty of more deserving games like I said.

I think those emotions are a very good judge of how the game was. If you stand back and just say "...wow..." like I and many people i know did, then i think it belongs up there

I think that scale works better for tonight's office episode.

The fourth quarter was one of the best quarters in Super Bowl history, the rest of the game was good but not great...I'd say it's one of the better ones overall though, mainly because that last quarter was crazy.

Looking back at the last 11 years...I'd say Giants-Pats is definitely better, not even trying to be biased but the whole magnitude of the Pats quest for 19-0 combined with the ending puts it up there. I'd say this is up there with Rams-Titans, Pats-Rams, and Pats-Panthers.

I stood back and saw a sloppy first half and poor officiating throughout the game. It turned out to be a close one but was definitely not even close to my top five and wasn't even the best Super Bowl featuring Kurt Warner. Probably the third best SB starring Warner.

Everyone *****ing about the officiating in this game is ridiculous...bottom line is there were a lot of penalties. There was one penalty flag that I thought shouldn't have been thrown (the roughing the passer) but other than that I had no major problems. I would have liked to see the final play reviewed but I don't know how much of that is the officiating and how much is the replay official. But it was a chippy game with some dumb plays that should have been and were called as penalties.
