    Thank you.

The sentence is 15 years. It's 9 years until he gets eligible for parole.
But really, I want to know who would actually grant this ****er parole. FRY.

Update at 2:46 p.m. ET: The latest reports suggest Simpson faces between nine and 33 years in prison based on what the Associated Press describes as "such a complex series of consecutive and concurrent sentences that even many attorneys watching the case were confused as to how much time Simpson got."

I still don't get it. And any Naked Gun fan would parole this man.

    Okay.

-OJ has 4-18 years in jail for the minor crimes depending on what, I'm not sure....some kind of behavior or something?.
-Then, directly after that, he must serve a 15 year sentence. However, he can technically be paroled after 5.

So, the minimum he could serve would be 9 years, the most being 33.

PS: I don't understand how OJ could stand there and say things like "I didn't know I was doing anything illegal" and "I didn't think I was stealing anything" when he went to these people who had possession of property. By him trying to take it back, that is stealing. By the use of a gun, that's a crime. What the hell is so confusing to him?

Technically its up to 33 years. So there is no winner at all. You can't be sure he will get 9 or even 15 for that matter. Or even live that long to see 15.

"I (OJ) thought, after the Nicole Brown ordeal, I was above the law."

"I didnt know the room was tapped."

Those probably would have gotten him more sympathy than what he did say did.

The poll was for how long the sentence would be, not how many years he actually ends up serving.
