The D will get pulled to one side on the first pass, leaving the strong, or weak side free of anything.

Here's were it get tricky, also avaliable are your WR's, running the "go" routes on the outside, always ready for a pitch if needed.

Once you run the same play, in the same formation so many times, you than pull a rabbit out, just hit the WR down the sideline for a deep ball, or don't make the first SB lateral, and let him run with it. Or let you RB take it for those short games.

What are you doing for a D, man, or zone? cause I have a sweet cover 3 system that works for 7 man flag. I am assuming that you are allowed to rush the QB after certain number of "steamboats" or the fact the the rusher most start a certain number of yeards back from the line of scrimmage.
That play sounds intriguing. We're doing a zone defense.

    Yikes.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

OMG this thread is out of control hahaha. I like a lot of your suggestions. Porter, the first play you suggested, with most of the people on the opposite side of the field as the QB and C is called a Polaris formation, that's in the playbook.

We also might just go with DK's hail mary option lol. We did think about that.

Explain the Triple option to me and we might do it. I've never known what it is. Apparently there's a quadruple option too...

I was kidding! Don't do it!

I've always been a fan of plays with two QBs on the field. One QB throws the ball to the other QB lurking along the sideline, who hits a receiver in motion, Antwaan Randle-El style. Simple yet effective.

and of course the reverse with the deep throw

The Triple Option has many variations. You could either hand off to the fullback, take it your self or pitch it to the tailback.

Haha, the awesome thing about this league is EVERY player on the field is an eligible receiver, there are no eligibility rules. So it might be fun

I would try more motion from anyone.

You're might get a tell in what coverage they are in.

Also when your in that triple option you have to look at the end or who ever is the last person on the line of scrimmage. Best bet is to run at him to make him commit to one or the other.

I ran the option in the only year I was the QB (Junior). Its vital if you want to run it. You can spread the field and run a dive/draw play.

yeah, it's not just that way with the triple option, it's the same with a normal option. i ran it in high school as well as a QB, so i've got some experience with it

The veer option or speed option could be better than the triple. Might be too long to develop.

wow....those are stupid. our only dumb rule is we can't touch anyone. AKA to block, you have to get in peoples' way. Touching them with your hands is illegal
