They do show that league here in America, but I am not sure if they are showing it live because of the time difference.

That wasn't really a "choke". The ground was shitty and he slipped as he was kicking and still almost had it. That keeper Van Der whatever blew and thought he was hot shit.

"He slipped as he was kicking": that would be a choke.

Not to mention it's a penalty shot to win the championship in a wide open net!!!

    Re: champions league final?

Not to mention the ground was horrendous and everyone was complaining about it the whole time. The on field announcer predicted something like this would happen. A choke would be kicking it 2 yards wide or high. This on the other hand is more of some sort of freak accident caused by wet ground. Christiano Ronaldo choked in the PKs. Jon Terry did not.

He did nothing good. That was just a bad shot by whoever's show he saved. It looked like the way he planted his foot gave away the shot location.

    Re: champions league final?

i honestly don't care how awful the ground was. there is no excuse for missing a PK. You should give yourself SOME chance to score, especially when the odds are HUGELY in favor of you making the shot, considering the goalie has to basically guess a direction. I consider that a choke by Terry. Chelsea sucks anyways GO MAN U!
