Dennis Janson and Jay Warren, of WCPO.com, reports Cincinnati Bengals WR Chris Henry is the subject of what prosecutors are calling an "alleged crime of a sexual nature." Kenton County Chief Prosecutor Ken Easterling confirmed the Covingotn Police Department is investigating Henry, but have not filed formal charges. Easterling said, "The only thing that I'm really going to indicate is Chris Henry is being investigated for potential criminal activity that occurred here in Covington. The crime is sexual in nature. The findings are very preliminary, the Covington police is involved in the investigation and as soon as they determine if charges should be brought we will bring them."
Man, I usually shy away from that "oh this player has character issues" garbage in relation to the draft because I don't believe that affects on-field performance and that is usually the important thing, but I sure wish the Bengals didn't have this guy right now, seeing as this is the third crime he's been accused of since joining the team. **** him.
