    Alright.

    I added my friend's username to my list, but it never shows him as online even though he is connected on his computer. I was just wondering if there is something in the options I need to do for it to show him as online, or what.

    The reason I asked for someone else's name is I want to see if it's something wrong on my side, so I can check to see if I can see you online or what.

    I don't recall there being any options you need to turn on to show your friends list online status.
