So I had that colonoscopy done last week where you drink liters of vile liquid to clean out your system. My stomach sort of returned to normal by Sunday and Monday, but Tuesday morning it was like Mt. Vesuvius lava decided to come out of my rear. Slightly subsided, and then last night I was up all night going to the bathroom. It was like I had more of the trilyte liquid to drink again. Went to work, stomach pains, bla bla bla. Contacted the doc who did the colonoscopy to ask him what was up. He said I have gastroenteritis and to just hydrate. Luckily, so far, there's no nausea. I can handle the stomach pains and liquid squats, but I do not want to vomit.
I normally have an extremely strong stomach, am in good health, and rarely get sick, so this is messed up that it's going on for this long. If diarrhea isn't gone by Monday, the doctor wants a stool sample. Lucky him, or lucky lab technician.
Maybe I don't eat enough spaghetti and pot roast?
Maybe I shouldn't be sharing this....
