Dayum. Completely out. I had a complete right shoulder dislocation playing sandlot tackle football when I was in my 30's. After making a tackle I tried to get up and my right arm wouldn't work. They sat me on a bench and pulled my shirt up to check it. One of my buddies says, "Oh my God! I can see the ball joint pressing against your armpit skin." Yeah, thanks a lot pal.
Hope they reset your elbow properly. Make sure you get phys therapy. I didn't know I was supposed to do that, and my shoulder has never been the same.
Also hope you get better soon, that does look pretty nasty.

My doctor is awesome. If I have an 11:15 appt and show up a few minutes early and am all checked in, copay paid, etc by 11:10, I"m sitting in his office by 11:12.
There's a secret to it though, he just don't fuck around like so many doctors do
(ie: he doesn't do this bullshit that most seem to do)
