That's really tough news but it sounds like you're really optomistic about it which is really great. Good luck to you in your fight and I know I speak for everyone here on the forum that we're all behind you

I've got meetings with Drs the rest of the Mondays in March and will likely have my surgery early in April. Rehab should take a couple of weeks from the surgery but we'll have to determine further treatments after the surgery.

Now, this morning I ke up with my head feeling like it weighed 40 pounds. Went to the dr this afternoon -- likely a case of influenza B. It would be best if I avoid people with compromised immune systems for a few days. Not the best news for a nurse that works in long-term care.
I hope I feel better by Monday so I can go see the first of the surgeons I'm meeting with.
