    Thumbs Down Year One

Wow..what a disappointment. I thought this show absolutely sucked. I figured having Jack Black in it that it was going to be pretty funny but some of the things in it were just so stupid and not even funny. People were leaving the theater when I was there and one person hated it so bad that he tried getting a refund. Terrible show and a total let down. Hopefully Land Of The Lost and The Hangover aren't disappointments like this one.

Don't hold your breath on Land of the Lost. In fact, don't even waste your time, just go to the Hangover

I definitely enjoyed Anchorman. Is it you or Leo that hates that show? Someone does I'm just not sure..

    Re: Year One

I haven't see Year One, but I really wanted it to be great with Harold Ramis working on it.

Anyway nearly all reviewers would advise you to stay away from Land of The Lost. If you really want to see it, I'd wait until it gets to the cheap theaters or DVD.

Wow, I really wanted to see Year One. I probably will still, but that definitely is disappointing. Land of the Lost looks terrible, I don't even need reviewers to tell me that.

Definitely see The Hangover, it's WELL worth it. I saw it twice. Hysterical both times

    That would be me.

    Anchorman was horrible.

The only Will Farrell movie I really liked was Step Brothers.

And go watch the Hangover, it was hilarious.

    Re: Year One

As far as Year One goes, the previews didn't really look too promising so I am not surprised to see a horrible review from someone who watched it.

    Re: Year One

Year One got worse reviews than Land of the Lost.

That should tell you all you need to know.

Neither one looks too great. But like everyone else has said, The Hangover was one of the funniest movies I've seen in years.

    Re: Year One

Went to see The Hangover today as well. Like everyone else said, it's for sure one of the funniest movies in a long time. I laughed almost non-stop throughout the movie. Genuine laugh out loud laughter too.

Also stopped in to watch Transformers 2, which was a big disappointment.
