Anyone ever watch this guy? He is on Justin.tv. It's absolutely certifiably insane. I can't get enough of it.

The just of it is that he takes old school video games that really sucked and plays them while talking all kinds of explicit lyrical verbage about them.

Yeah, I watch him on Gametrailers too, good stuff. From first impression, it didn't seem like something I'd be into it, but it is pretty hilarious when he is pointing out all the flaws of a particular game.

I haven't seen all the reviewsl redsr, but the ones about the horrific non-Nintendo system Zelda's are hilarious.

I love this guy's rants. They are scripted, but insanely hilarious. He is pretty over the top. I wish there was a way to quote him, but he goes off on so many tangents.

And he says the "A" word like tourettes guy. Love it!

If I remember correctly though, he absolutely shit on Simon's Quest and I've always been particularly partial to that one... little dickhead.

Simon's Quest was an awesome game for me, but he has a lot of good points about it too. I can't get the video to load, but I think he mentions something about the blocks and holy water and he's right. And dracula was easy as hell and none of it really made much sense. I've played through the game a couple of times, most recently about 2 years ago... and it still didn't make any sense then, not even in a castlevania-sort-of way

and the morning sun has vanquished the night... or whatever. I hated that shit so much. Maybe the game did kind of suck. I liked it because it reminded me of one of the earlier Zelda games (for NES I think, one of the first two.. the 2nd I think? I don't remember if it's the first or sequel, but it's the one where you can walk thru the towns to acquire clues/etc. and talk to the wizards in the cellars and stuff).

Yeah, I enjoyed Zelda 2, maybe 2nd only to OOT. I don't know. A Link To a Past (if that was the SNES one) was shaping up to be a great game, but I never finished it because the file corrupted and I didn't bother to try again (I was playing it on actual cartridge for SNES, and it was one of those things where for some reason it wouldn't/won't save anymore... my copy of Super Mario Allstars does this too, and Super Punch Out is ****ed up similarly). Majora's Mask was really fun, and one game I'd like to try to play again some day... but I got stuck at a certain point where I couldn't beat a boss before the clock hit 48:00 or something like that, and essentially everything I had done up to that point was then... pointless. Never played it much again afterwards.
Wind Waker, got to some part where you have to help the green elf (the guy in the watchtower or something) find treasure maps. But to do part of this, you need X amount of ruupees before you can start. Which I was way off on because I didn't do some stuff earlier in the game I should have and bam, never touched or finished that Zelda either.
Twilight Princess was awesome on almost all levels...just a little simple at times, but that isn't a bad thing as I get suckier at video games as I age (go figure). I'm on the final boss/world (or about to start it), but I don't have my Wii. One day I should be able to beat that one. I liked it and hope there's another Wii Zelda... not into those new DS ones with the stylus at all.
I actually beat the first Zelda for NES too I think, but didn't like it as much as Zelda2....

I was disappointed that wikipedia labeled the reviews as farcical. I mean, sure, his novel profanity and beer consumption are scripted, but that doesn't mean these games aren't maddeningly frustrating dogshit.
