Opinion Movie you most look forward to in 2009

I was reading basically the entire scheduled list (as of now) for 2009 on thenflforums.com and I must say, despite the lack of significantly out of this world hyped films, it's a nice list. Beyond the obvious 200 million dollar movies, I found a number I didn't know of that sounded good. But, there's a shitload of vampire movies, Ben Affleck movies, and Matt Damon movies and I think 3 Clive Owen "I'm a spy/super agent" movies. >_>

Ok, hit it up. I'll list a bunch, and an other option. Cause I'll leave out something, surely.

    If you don't know..

Public Enemies is the Depp/Bale gangster movie, Jennifer's Body is the Diablo Cody horror film with Megan Fox and Adam Brody, and Funny People has Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, Eric Bana, etc.

    Prediction: 2008>>>2009 for movies.

I'm interested to see Downey as Sherlock Holmes though...also hoping the Wolfman comes out well.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

Re: Movie you most look forward to in 2009

Here are some movies I'm at least somewhat looking forward to in '09, for various reasons:

    Watchmen
    Duplicity
    Observe and Report
    The Soloist
Angels & Demons (although it probably won't be that good)
    The Brothers Bloom
    Bruno
    Up
    Public Enemies
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (finally...)
    Funny People
    Inglourious Basterds
    The Informant
Shutter Island (Scorsese film that might be called Ashecliffe, idk)
    The Wolfman
    Sherlock Holmes
    Avatar
    The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus
    The Road
    Trick 'r Treat
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

What about the woman who played Apollonia from The Godfather? The Internet rumors were false, she's still alive! Go get some, you old fool.

I don't know why he didn't go for Cameron Diaz.

Ha, nobody voted for what turned out to the best movie on this list. (Star Trek)

That list really disappointed. I liked some on there, but you are right, Star Trek was the best. Sherlock Holmes was awesome too. For the record, I did not vote for Megan Fox's Body.
