    Solid Gold My Thanksgiving Dinner

Since I have to work on Thanksgiving...I thought that I would make dinner the night before, and bring it in to the office on Thursday. (I have to do this because I can't leave at all to get food during my shift.)

So here's the menu this Thanksgiving:
2 Cornish Game Hens roasted with a Garlic/Onion/Special Seasoning blend with apples
    Butter and Herb Mashed Potatoes
    Stove Top Stuffing
    Split Top Dinner Rolls
    Corn

and a bottle of Sparkling Cider (since we can't have alcohol)

Hope you guys have a great day with your families.

I really like to cook, but I never realized how much effort it took to make/prep a Thanksgiving meal. It's not as easy as you think!
