How many ties do you own?

I just did a little cleaning of my closet and noticed that I own an exorbitant number of ties (relative to the frequency of my tie usage, at least). I own a ridiculous 13 ties, including clip-ons (3) and bowties (1).

I have close to around 20 ties. The 2 things I collect are ties and caps. I have around 40 or 50 hats. I only wear around 20 of the hats, but I have a lot. I wear almost all of my ties though, I love alternating them.

I have one tie that I thought I was going to need for my new (at the time, current now) job.

Found out I don't need it my first day here and now it's burried in my closet.

I had 2 when I was in the Navy for uniforms, but I gave them away along with other uniform items when I got out.

About 20, although probably about five are sentimental (a few ties from my Grandpa and such.) If I go north of that, I usually try to donate a few less used to the Goodwill as I know that can be a pretty big help to some.
