Yes he was. Every time he used that accent it sent shivers down my spine. We, as in my friends, quote his stupid ass from that movie all the time. "Right hand, right knee". If it wasn;t for a great story, Al pacino and two hot chicks getting naked this movie would have blown assholes if it relied on Reeves' acting. I have been to Florida a lot of times and no ones sounds like he did. Hell I live in KY and we don;t even sound that awful.

So I guess that means you're not going to be watching The Incredible Hulk.

I know I won't be Dirty. The first one sucked ass and not even Tim Roth and Ed Norton can save it.

Of course I am. I'm actually very excited for it...Edward Norton and Marvel? Can't go wrong there.

And reefer, it has zero connection to the first Hulk. It's an absolute re-boot and there is nothing the same. The CGI looks much better, and the acting should be better. It's not going to be an "artsy" film like Ang Lee intended. (I hated it)
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

The CGI is what kills it. I don't like my Hulk being a mile wide. Ridiculous!

He's not the Hulk if he's normal human size with a bunch of muscles.

They kinda have to use CGI

The accent didn't bother me in the slightest.

In fact, I didn't take notice of it until you mentioned it in here.

Keanu was good in Constantine as well.

Of course, I'm also one of those easy to please types when it comes to movies, so I'm not really the one to come to if you want to find a critic.

Generally, as long as the movie isn't atrociously horrible, or completely unfunny if it's supposed to be a comedy, I'll like it.

Yes but a mile wide? The comic book in which this is based never had him that big. Makes it too cartoonish. The first one blew assholes and don't see this being any different since now they have two over sized beasts. If I wanted to see that, I would go watch all 9 hours of King Kong. ******* was that movie long and poorly edited!

You have a point in regards to the oversize.

There's really no point in comparing it to the first one, however, as the two movies are completely unrelated, short of both being a movie about the Hulk comic books.

The first one blew chunks because of the ridiculous comic book style thing polluting the entire film.

From the trailer this Hulk has to be better then the first one. The 1st one the CGI was just absolutely silly, this looks to have at least some good effects.

He's huge in the comics. And he's toned down and re-modeled for The Incredible Hulk. But he's still big. And he has to be.

And giantsfan, you know shit if you are comparing Fight Club to a comic book movie. I suggest re-watching Fight Club or reading the book.

    Think about it:
He plays a man with psychological issues, and an alter ego who's way tougher and defines who he wishes he was. In Fight Club, his alter ego was Tyler Durdin. Here, it's the Hulk. Seriously man, how the hell do you not see it? The only slight difference is that the main person in the Hulk is a little less of a pussy. But still, it's the SAME EXACT character.

I thought Fight Club was fine until the plot twist, which may be a pleasant surprise for the novel reader, but I thought it was unnecessary for the movie viewers. Tyler Durden was still played by Brad Pitt even after that point.

Looks like you pulled that comic from one that came after the first movie. Go back to the origin, he's not that big and doesn;t have to be.
