I just bought MLB 2K7 last night but only got to play it briefly. What I did see was the realness is ridiculous. I was playing as the Reds in Colorado and the pitcher and batter's shirts would blow in the wind! During the replay of a nice pitch, you actually see blades of grass and grains of dirt. The player faces look even better.

You must have it for the PS3 because the PS2 and PSP is not that good.

I'm sure the PS3 version of The Show, which doesn't come out till April 4th, will have amazing graphics of the like as well...which is why I asked what console he got it on.

They do this all the time when new consoles come out.

They release the one on the older version first so they can get as many sales on it as possible before they release the game on the newer console.

I am gonna rent it first and see how exactly I like it before making the purchase.I still have MLB 2005 which I love.

I wasn't sure it would be muh different than the PS version. I know the graphics and gameplay are much better than 2K6. I still miss MVP, but it seems like 2K is getting close.

It came out for the 360? I just thought it was for the Sony products?

Thought I would add this.

I've experienced a few glitches already. I was playing in Franchise mode with the Braves, of course. I forgot the opponent but I was on defense and the ball was hit to 1B with a runner on 1B. Well Thorman got the ball and threw it to 2B, to try for the double play. Here is the glitch. When he threw the ball to second Renteria just glided along from 2B to the mound and caught the ball on the mound instead of 2B. He than threw the ball to 1B and both were safe.

Later that game, I was losing and I got bases loaded in my last inning at the plate. Well, we all know Jeff hit a grand slam to end a game last season. Well Jeff came up to the plate. I'm sure you all know where I'm going with this. Jeff hit a grand slam, however it didn't end the game. I had to get them out in the bottom of the inning.

I couldn't believe that I hit it out. I don't think I even hit a GS in '06.

I haven't experienced either issue in MLB:07

Of course I've really only played career mode thus far.

I've played a little in career mode with no problems. It also seems a little laggy when the ball is hit and when it gets close to being caught.
