Skillet gets better with each album. Probably the best Christian rock band ever. I'd put them up there with the mainstream even.

I love Rise off the new album.

Skillet is freaking amazing. They actually are better now than when the first came out.

My favorite is still Hero, though.

Mine is actually Yours to Hold (Acoustic Version). I'm a sucker for the Acoustics.

I love it when an awesome plan comes out of nowehere. I'm going to NYC for Yankee games to help fulfill my lifelong plan of going to home games for every MLB team (and then to Philly for Padres@Phillies games as well) and learn AC/DC is going to be in NY at the same time.

I'm getting more and more hyped each day.

Funny, how Angus doesn't seem to age but the rest of them look like they already be in the grave.

Chevelle hasn't come to Arkansas in 3 years so screw it, I'm going to them.

I just got tickets to the House of Blues in Cleveland next month.

Three Doors Down was yesterday, but the weather was too hot and I didn't get season passes this year. Also, didn't go to Winterjam. So none of this happened

(I may fork over the cash for Newsboys still depending on finances)

Too, hot? Don't come here, you'll melt. Three Doors Down, I love them.

    Re: bands you've seen live?

Believe me, if the weather was the only thing standing in my way I would have sucked it up but I had other excuses as well.

But it's been in the 100s here so I'm not just talking some pansy 88 degree humid heat.

Yea, but that humidity makes it feel like it's a lot hotter than 88 degrees.

    Re: bands you've seen live?

I live in Arkansas. It's not quite Florida but the humidity is bad enough that I know what it makes 88 degrees feel like. Growing up in California I even have experience in the contrast of that, lol

But 100 degrees is ridiculous hot whether or not there's humidity involved.

    Re: bands you've seen live?

Here we go... obviously will miss a number of bands who may have opened for people, etc. Also, a lot of radio stations here have Canadian influence, so I am not sure how much that affects me in terms of small venue shows

    Benny and the Jets
    Beach Boys
    Hootie and the Blowfish
    Three Days Grace
    Breaking Benjamin
    Flyleaf
    One Man's Opinion
    Saving Abel
    Puddle of Mudd
    RED
    Sick Puppies
    Chevelle
    Finger Eleven

A few of them were seen multiple times. Then there are solo performers. But I had plenty of years ahead of me. No idea who I have forgotten
