i know what you're talking about. and no, i wasn't scared like a little girl. it was chilling. so was the Skylar and Claire scene in Heroes this season premeire, having never seen the show before

I DIDN'T SAY THE TOOTH FAIRY! I said the whole movie. And frankly....they made the tooth fairy freakin creepy in that movie. That was a messed up and scary movie.
Aside from that movie, I know what you're talking about. There were parts of Dark Knight that gave me the chills, but they added those few moments of humor to take down the chills anyone had. It was genius.
You know what gave me the chills on LOST? The first time the smoke monster made noise. I was expecting some drama of people surviving on an island and then WHAM, they throw us a freaking.. something monster thingy.
Something else on TV that got me, was an episode of Smallville where some kid could see people's deaths when he touched them, but when he touched Clark Kent, he only had a vision of a red cape floating in the wind.

I was like 15 when i saw it. I hate horror movies, so I haven't seen any in a long time/ever, but I thought it was pretty freaky

1. Village of the Damned, when little Mara and David start ****ing shit up and their eyes first light up. CHILLING.
2. Cube, when Quentin lets go of Helen's hand.
3. Resident Evil, when the Captain gets stuck in the laser room and gets his face chopped up.
