My main needs are still similar to what they were at the deadline: 1b, backup catcher (shifting things around to DH Flaherty), 2b/ss/3b upgrade, trade some excess AAA guys.

Phillips would be more if I completely strike out in FA. Vermilyea would really depend on the cost going back. I think I really need someone at the very back end of the pen and he hasn't really had that opportunity.
