    Hybrid Sim Leage Austin in need of a 1B

    I need a 1B, with the ideal profile as follows (in order of importance):

    -Power hitting
    -Good defense
    -Young
    -High on-base

    I will pay high for this. Looking for not a franchise type player but something just below that. Money isn't a huge issue. The more of these things the player has, the higher of a price I will pay.
