The Rays, the team once of a $13 million dollar payroll, this decade, might acquire Halladay. Shocking.

Of all the Halladay trade scenarios, here's one you may not have expected: The Rays have asked Toronto officials about Halladay, according to one major league source, and might be willing to offer star pitching prospect Wade Davis and outfielder B.J. Upton.

Ahhh the joys of the winter meetings. Although its a long shot, I would love to see him go there. They do have the spects to pull it off for sure. Halladay would be a huge addition to helping them get back on top.

Oh wow, the Rays are becoming one of the big spenders this off season. Apparently, they contacted the Cubs about Milton Bradley, from the Cubs website. It would be great to see the Rays getting Halladay and not Yankees ad Red Sox.
