Forecast Who's the best ever in this franchise?

So Baseball Tonight is going to pick the top 3 players of each franchise. I'd like to know what they're picking for the newer teams, but I think Colorado and Florida are pretty easy. What the hell do you pick for Tampa?

Carl Crawford, Scott Kazmir, and James Shields? Or maybe Longoria on there. I can't see Greg Vaughn and Jose Canseco making the cut. Sadly, the only guy with real cred is Crawford, with the longevity and being an allstar a couple of times. That's going to be a weird list.

Crawford & Huff. Kazmir has been amazing in a such short time, too.

Oh wow, completely forgot Boggs. Good call, it was brief but he's been better than most of the crap they've trotted out.

How about the reliever they had make the all star game years ago.. Lance Carter or Lee Gardner, whatever Backstreet Boy it was.

Re: Who's the best ever in this franchise?

I thought about Boggs, but his stint was too short and he's more remembered as a Red Sox player, and he's more known as a Yankee as well than a Devil Ray.

I dismissed McGriff and Canseco for similar reasons.

Auburey Huff and Carl Crawford are probably the two biggest names when you think of the Rays, and Kazmir is getting there quick as well.

Kazmir, Crawford and McGriff. Boggs wasn't that great for the Rays.

Wow, the Crime Dawg had a huge '99 season for them. 32 homeruns, .310 avg, .405 obp... career high for OBP actually.

Crime Dog has a few good years if my memory serves me correct then he was traded to either the Cubs or Dodgers.

I didn't know Fred McGriff and Charles Jonhnson were cousins.

For the record, I was kidding. By that token, I'd also choose Chad Orvella, Josh Hamilton, and Ben Zobrist
