    2011 Team Regrets

Did you make a trade involving someone you thought wouldn't develope, or wouldn't be good.. and it turned out to bite you in the ass? Did you cut someone that maybe you should have kept? Or trade for someone that turned out to be a bag of shit for you? Or something along those lines. Commence.

    oh all the time

this season i left go of LF Kevin Clanton, Clanton turned into a very good power hitter

SP Carlos Artiles and SS Jason Bartlett i miss, but Brad Nelson is making up for that

    as for past seasons

CF Rocco Baldelli i traded for Andy Marte who i ended up trading for Crede who I traded for Ainsworth

SP Carlos Zambrano i always liked him but traded him

C Jarrod Saltalamacchia here was a catcher that could do it all and i just let him go, i wish i hanged on to him

MR Tony Montero i traded to NYY for David Martinez, well last season the trade was working for me, but this season Martinez can't be left alone in the bullpen

LF Carl Crawford i let go for nothing since what i got i just let go to FA

LF Jerry Owens (maybe why i traded Crawford in the 1st place), the next season i ended up trading him to Florida for a 3B prospect who never panned out

and the biggest one SP Brandon Lauer, i left him go for some **** pitcher

there not much i regret early but Lauer and Crawford has to be the ones i really regret letting go

The major thing I regret is trading my top specs away, I tried to build my team for today and it has not done anything for me. This is my 2nd season here and it alot of fun, but it sure would be nice to build a playoff team. Oh you trade for guys that would help I believe any team, and it doe's not matter what you offer them they keep asking for more money! Then I overpay them. because i dont have any other option.

Considering i had Matt Cepicky i dont regret it cause my LF is a feel good story that went from about 5 seasons AA and 9 overall to .260 in the ML. That would be Chris Kelly

well if you had dealt him for a pitcher that struggled to keep his era under 10, you'd be kicking yourself too..
