You get a little annoying with the constant trade threads. I'm pretty sure everyone got the message some time ago.
    Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
    Ted
: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
    Barney: Circle gets the square!

Reyes is a bum and Galeana is too costly for me.

It took me 3.5 seasons to deal Ollie Sanchez. Its not a real time for people to trade for spects at the moment. I still have Milton and Hofer to deal.

    Balt: rebuilding... not compatible
Son... talk to me when you've been handling a team in this league for 13 + seasons...

You weren't there when I had things to trade away, or when I actually had prospects to trade that were not 3 stars and below.... comes from being in the playoffs something like 10 freaking seasons...

If you want anything that is on my trade block, or if you wish to make a deal where you don't ask for a 5 star prospect for a 1.5 star player, let me know.... if not.... toss off.... stop complaininng about a group of us that have had a bunch of fun in this league and have done more than you know about

No interest in the players you are trading =/= inactive teams.

And to be blunt, just because someone is not trading with you doesn't mean they're not trading with someone else or sending in roster changes and lineups. I remember that when I was an active member of the league there were people I specifically would not deal with because they annoyed me or because they'd tip-toe around the issue and never directly offer or directly reply to an offer, and maybe you did something to a couple potential trade targets to do this to 'em.

With Anaheim you basically said "this guy is running his team differently than I think he should be and it's not benefitting me!" You praise Texas for being aggressive and active and assume that's the proper way to run a team, but that's not the only way to run a team, and not necessarily the right way depending on the team's situation. Just don't mistake conservativism and lack of interest in the trade market as inactive - I was conservative and never liked to trade in my days when I was the original Pittsburgh GM but I was always sending in roster changes, something other GMs in the league aren't going to notice unless they're very closely monitoring other teams.

If it exists, let Mission weed out the inactivity - he handles all the PMs. He gets the roster changes. He gets the lineup changes. He gets all trades, and then posts them in the trade council. Dude can tell when the teams aren't putting up their fair share.

also I just read the news that they're making an X-Files movie sequel and I am PUMPED.

I think this is the first post I have ever seen from you. Nice to meet you. Whenever you get rid of that chip on your shoulder shoot me a PM and maybe we can play some OOTP...

There are times that I just gut it out for the sake of the team and there are times that I'm just drained. Good possibility I might resign after this season because I've been so busy with work and school that I just don't have the time as much as I used to.
    Understandable.

Please don't be presumptious... There was nothing negative in my post about you. This post is pretty surprising.

I am glad some of these GM's are a little riled up... At least the rest of us know they are alive. Maybe you got caught on a bad day at a bad moment to respond like this. Why the "Son"???? Are you assuming something here? or is that just your way of... I have never asked for a 5 star in exchange for a 1.5... Your attack is unfounded and based on some misperception.

I hope at some point in the future we can forget this little exchange and play some OOTP.

We're all old enough to be Dave's son. I know I'm young enough to be his precocious scamp of a grandson.

This is a fair response. Duly noted. I didn't intend to come across the way I seem to have regarding Anaheim. I think it was more the cryptic response from him.

This frustration began with the vetoed Agosto trade. It came to a peak when I agreed to a Galeana trade that was less than what Browntown initially offered. I have no one to blame but myself for that move...

I hope that no one but KoZ is annoyed with me. I think I have been extra fair every negotiation that I have been involved in. This is verified by the vetoed trades. Not one was for me taking advantage of the other GM... All were because I was giving up too much.

We had some good discussion the other day. I understand your position. I meant no offense to you.
