12-9 (Hammer's vote being added in) and with the split votes being distributed, I think it's fair to bring him back on a season ender in which he could still decrease. And like I said, if this happens to anyone elsem. the same method would be used. So it's not giving special treatment to one GM versus others (and I highly doubt two so crushing moves would happen in one season to one team.)
