    Annual Worst Team Thread

    I usually point out the worst overall in the rumblings thread, but I think that team deserves its own. When you're bored, it's fun to watch teams battle for #1, whether they purposely tank like Dam for 3 years or something, or they just suck no matter how hard they try not too like...



    So, Senator would prolly love to get his hands on the top pick. Texas keeps trying to pawn off the old guys and the N.L. East is just, hey it's nice at the top and all but.


    Texas has 26 wins
    Royals have 22 wins
    The mets right now have 20 wins
    Atlanta, under new ownership ( :lol: ) have ..18 wins.
    Marshall: MILSWANCAs?

    I didn't expect to be great this year. When I took over this team, I had a bunch of old people and one of the best farms in the league. So...I said, what the hell and i'm deciding to suck for a couple of seasons until all my specs are ready and I'm ready to make a run.

    I didn't tank. To tank, you'd have to not field your best team. I fielded my best teams, they just happened to be total crap.

    You're just jealous because you gave me Hodges, Crouthers and my 1B and SS of the future.

    Honestly, I'm not sure I know what you mean about the NL East. While 2 teams are basically awful, there are 3 very solid, potential division winning teams as well.
    Integrity can accommodate the inadvertent error and the honest difference of opinion; it cannot accommodate deceit or subordination of principle.

    The mets have tied the braves for that coveted #1 pick. The royals actually won 7 games last sim, so they're now off the pace by 5 games.

    Nobody ran the team into the ground. There was a period of shuffling of GMs for Atlanta. Perf took the team to the playoffs and then the forums had major database problems during the NFL playoffs.
