    Reggie Sanders does nothing like a Sammy Sosa hop. He simply drops the bat and does a little hop step. He doesn't even elevate off the ground.

    I think it is more then that but it's not too bad. It also depends on which game you are watching. Yesterday the Cubs game was like 20 seconds behind the radio I had on.
