I didn't listen to the broadcast, so I have no real opinion of what he actually said, but going off what I read...

I'm normally the last to defend PC BS, but to insinuate that a girl does not belong in a dugout is going a bit far.

Keith wasn't joking but was it that bad? He might not be right but why can't he say this? What role does a massage therapist serve in a dugout? I too think it should only be players, coaches, head trainer and the usual security in the dugout. But then again I would be pissed if I worked there and didn't get to see the game while getting paid for it! Rambling, point is Keith has every right to say what he feels and if it upset the six people that complained, GO **** YOURSELF!!!! ITS AMERICA AND YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT!

So very true. But why do people in the media feel a need to blow this story up over a extremely small amount getting upset. This people in this country are just babies and it keeps getting worse and worse. You can get upset and talk amongst friends about shit like this but to write people and possibly get a man fired over sit that really didn't upset youin the first place but were looking for something to do is just flat out not right. I am tired of the media blowing shit out of proportion like the T.O> commercial with the chick in a towel, the Michael Jackson holding a baby over a ledge and people wanting the ten commandments removed. These aren't news worthy and not too many people complained about them UNTIL the media made it public. I got off track and had to vent on how shitty this once great country has become.

The point is.....he is supposed to be a professional broadcaster. There was nothing professional about what he said. Broadcasters need to stick to the game with facts and not their own personal opinions and biases. We already have too many buffoons that don't belong in the booths across the airwaves.
