    Giants Giants@Florida 5/23-5/25

Sorry I have been extremely busy so this is late but

    BARRY ZITO WON A BALLGAME!!!

What else happened in game one? How about three homeruns including back-to-back homers from Molina and Rowand. That is the first time it has happened this year. Winn, Molina and Rowand really came through offensively but Zito was the real story. He went 6 1/3 which was his longest outing of the year and gave up just one run. He struck out five but did walk four. The Marlins only managed to collect three hits off of Zito which is amazing. Giants won 8-2 and finally got the offense going behind Zito. That the Giants scored all those runs with the leadoff man Lewis going 0-4 is awesome. Three game winning streak going right now

You beat me to it, Zito has decreased his ERA from 7.53 to 5.65 in this month, in his last 4 starts he has allowed 7 er in 22.1 IP. He's been solid, we just need our offense to help out, like they did last night, good job. Lets keep this up!

Oh by the way why the hell is Misch listed as our number 3 starter? Shouldn't Lincecum be number 3?

Its just how it went down. When Correia went down and Zito was sent to the bullpen, the rotation got out of whack. We all know who our ace is and where certain pitchers really fall in line.

Hopefully Cain can keep the streak going...but the whole clubhouse's atmosphere must feel lighter now that Zito got win numero uno. And the offense seems to be showing some life too.

Giants were rained out yesterday so they are playing a double header today. Giants are trailing 7-5 now in game one in the 5th inning. Rowand has hit his 7th HR of the year and Molina is 3-3 with 2 RBI. Misch is getting rocked. Misch should be sent down to AAA soon as he now sports a 6.54 ERA. He doesn't go deep into ballgames and the Giants need a starter that can. Victor Santos or Adam Cowart might have to be called up for a while until Correia comes back. The Giants have not won a game that Misch has pitched.

Vizquel is now tied with Luis Aparicio for most games played at SS.

Molina hits his third double of the game and drives in a run to make it 7-6. Molina is 4-4 and hitting .321 on the year now.

Giants lost the first game 8-6. Giants have jumped on top early 1-0 in the 1st. Molina hit a bases loaded sac fly then with runners on second and third, Rowand strikes out looking. Can't happen Aaron. You have got to be swinging with runners in scoring position.

2-2 after another Molina double. He is 13 of his last 18!!!! Rowand drives it deep to CF and Molina doesn't tag up
