While they didn't commit to it, the Giants are likely to bring up 2006 first-round pick Tim Lincecum to make his major league debut Sunday.

He should be owned in all formats, and it'd worth using him in fantasy leagues right away.

This just makes every Giants fan's day! Cain, Zito, Lowry and this stud Lincecum are our future and it's great to see them together pitching so early. Lincecum spending time with veterans like Zito and Morris can only help this kid develop. He could be this years Verlander as he throws 100mph and has some nasty stuff.
