    I think Bear has a good point. The Giants can only get so far spending what they have been spending. The fact is they haven't won the WS in the 48 years they have been playing in San Francisco. That's hard to take. It's always "wait until next year"...I've been through it from the beginning with the Giants in SF...it's getting very old...very old. Of course better personnel decisons and a little luck wouldn't hurt either.
