It will be great to see the Giants help knock the Padres out of the playoffs but probably won't. Bonds will be available for the series but whether he starts or not is another question. The Giants are letting the young guys play so the best players aren't necessarily in the lineup. The thing I see happening to the Pads is the bullpen getting taxed. Young can't go more than 6 IP, Peavy has lasted past the 7th only once and Tomko is always a ?.

Well I see at least 1 win in there, the other 2, who freaking knows. After losing 3 to the Rox, I dont know what to think at this point. I am glad there is only one week left to deciding whats going to happen, and I am glad I was out of town this weekend other wise I might have put something through the TV.

If the Padres do in fact make the playoffs, you guys should come over and thank the Giants. They have handed you five games that I can think of this season and they just did it again. I was watching the game with my girlfriend saying that Robles would be out and that Black was a moron for leaving him in. Then Wilson has to blow a 1-2 count by not throwing a thing close to the plate and walking him. After that, I said "Oh shit" knowing doom was upon us.
