    The Devil Rays rocked him...I'm not sold that they're exactly hitters...although they have faked well enough to match up to the paltry hitting in the west

    This is all pointless now that Igawa isn't coming to San Diego.

    The bottom line is thus far Igawa has proven nothing but ineptitude at the Major Leagues level, but, at the same time, he wouldn't be the first person to succeed elsewhere after failing in a short stint in New York.

    Nobody here knows with 100 percent certainty how he would've fared here no matter how much they think they do.

    I think the odds are in favor of him sucking, but it's not as certain as some like to make it out to be.

    In any case, nobody will ever know and it's pointless to continue to argue about it.

    But, if you all feel the need to do so go right ahead.

    I agree with all that.....I was just trying to say much of the samething......it's possible that a change of venue and league could do wonders....it also might not......but you're right.......he's not coming........it's a moot point

    I talked to Brian McTaggart of the Houston Chronicle yesterday by email...the Astros would give away Jason Jennings but there's noone interested...GEE, I wonder why...
