    Padres call up Leone/Sledge.

    Justin Leone and Termell Sledge were called up today. 2 pitchers will go down, but it doesn't say who.

    I would guess Mike Thompson is one of the pitchers to be sent down as Chris Young isn't expected to miss another start.

    Padres

    Figures....Leone gets brought up, gets 1 plate appearance and Boch is saying they'll send him back down. Is there a reason he'd rather play Bellhorn at 3rd with a .203 BA and a .296 OBP?
