Ouch! If true, **** Giles! This could affect his play some but I doubt it.Brian Giles is being sued for $10 million by an ex-girlfriend who alleges that he battered her while she was pregnant and caused her to have a miscarriage.
Cheri Olivera's lawsuit accuses Giles of hitting and slapping her in the face, shaking and kicking her, and battering her twice when she was pregnant with his child. Giles' agent declined to comment on his behalf Tuesday.
Yeah, if it's true i've lost any respect I had for him as a person.
It also makes it hard to root for the guy even though he's one of the few effective hitters on the team.

Well well, that changes everything. The surveillance video is quite damning. Giles is in deep trouble now. Good thing he signed that fat contract. Paying her off now and settling this quickly would be his best option.
