    Minnesota Needs:

I dont need anything desperate but I do have a few holes that i wish to address.

    1) a middle of the rotation starter. I need someone who can fill in the gap being left by Moseley.

    2) Upgrade at 2b or OF.

    3) backup C. Im looking for mainly someone with at least a little ability to hit and good defense.

I am willing to listen to offers on anyone but please note most of the younger guys would take a whole team pretty much to get (IE Morabito, Degroat, Dapena, etc).

I have Joe Mauer, and he can hit very well. Still decent defense. He's good enough to start, but what's wrong with having a starting caliber backup?

Mauer's making 7 mil this year and thats the biggest problem with him. I need someone whos not goign to cost a lot (which is why I brought Bowen back to where he was so good).

Fountain I have some interest in but he's comparable to Bowen right now talent wise.

Bankston and Milledge would interest me could you eat a bit of salary? The pitchers are all old. I need someone thats in their late 20s very early 30s to be a generation gap guy between the Old Crew to Martinez and Co.

PM me what you would want in return for him. He would be a nice backup.
