    I miss those Mariners. I felt that team was starting a 2nd run at the Anaheim Empire of Zito.

    I remember getting Cooper MacBride from you as part of what was meant to be a rebuilding project, but he was a huge part of my World Series run.

    The trade helped me get more depth. I was one of the youngest teams at the time of the disbanding.

    There were two HoF entries as well; CL Huston Street (731 saves) and 2B Howie Kendrick.

    Oh yea, Villegas has cracked 1000 career doubles lol. He's at 1004 and still playing. He's 35.

    Porter, CL Fruto has a shot at breaking Streets record. He's at 678 saves. He'll be turning 40 in June. He'll need 53 saves this season or not retire and break it next season. The most saves he's had in a season is 48 (47 last season and 40 the season before). Street retired at 40.


    I would still be willing to continue TSSL whether Mission continues S3SL or not. I could probably sim twice a week with my work schedule (something like Saturday morning and Thursday night).
