Set the tone early with arguably the best pitcher of the generation, get an early lead, and take game 1. Who am I to argue its twinsfans call. You might get 4 innings out of him and maybe thats all you need with that offense SF has to crush a team early.

But with that bullpen he could very easily give up that lead. If you put him in that back half of the pen and it stabilized.

He needs Mac in the pen more so, cause that's where St. Louis has a distinct advantage.

Yeah, thats why I'm starting Hage and Vaughn on short rest. If I can get them... eh, 6 innings, and then turn it to the pen, I might have a shot.
