Offer Flores $4.3 mil for 3 years, then 4 years, and if he doesn't take either of them then sign him for what he wants. I hate offering a 34 year old 5 years but I have no other SP's and can't afford to lose him.

Offer Cortes $5 mil for 2 years and if he refuses then just forget about him.

Lucky day, he lowered years to 4 years and signed at that. If you look around the league, with the new modifiers, a lot of the older guys are staying better for longer so it might not be so bad giving him that extra year.
