My brother must have written the foreword.

The only books he ever reads are Cliff Notes. He is very intelligent too, majoring in physics, but loathes the written word it seems.

BTW Foster, that sounds like an excellent book.

Its amazing how much you can learn from smoking weed and watching the history channel, learning channel and discovery channel I got all my business savvy from my mom who owned a clothing store and baseball from my dad who coached forever. Books never interested me. All my book reports in school were 100% bullshit

I was raised to read about anything in my sights, just my nature I guess. But I do love me some History Channel and Discovery Channel though.

I just started reading Ron Darling's new book called "The Complete Game: Reflections on Baseball, Pitching, and Life on the Mound"

I've only just started, but it seems REALLY interesting. He separates the book into 10 chapters....one for each inning of a game, and a 10th as an "extra inning". In each chapter he recounts an inning from his baseball life, what was going on in his head, and how he was able to take the in depth thoughts and analysis from the mound and relate it to his life....

That sounds like a good read, let me know your overall impression when you finish it. I might just buy that one.

I'm a huge Clive Cussler fan. I've started his book The Chase since I got home for the summer. I haven't read anything in a LONG time.

Re: What book are you reading?

I read Andy Roddick Beat Me with a Frying Pan: Taking the Field with Pro Athletes and Olympic Legends to Answer Sports Fans' Burning Questions last week and this week I just finished The Ten Commandments for Business Failure by Coca-Cola's former president, Donald Keogh.

Don't know what I'll read next, but I feel like fiction. I bought Jumper a long time ago and I always heard the book was a good read (unlike the film being a good watch), so I might read that.

Oh, that does look good (from the Amazon description.) At $8, I am going to try to pick that up I make a book order, seems like something I'd really enjoy.

Re: What book are you reading?

Finished Jumper, it was a good read. I feel like I probably would have enjoyed it a lot more if I was a few years younger, but if they based the film off of that instead of whatever the hell they decided to go with, it would have been way better.

I am going to re-read Fahrenheit 451 as I found behind my desk and my wall in my room, its probably been there for years, and it'll be a quick read which is good as I might be purchasing a few books from Amazon soon.

Amazing read if your into that kinda stuff. It's amazing to realize the power of the look of things.
