Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano stepped on Crosby's glove during a stolen base attempt and the shortstop's finger appeared to be cut when he removed his glove. Crosby will get X-rays today, and given his injury history, the fear is always broken bones: Along with the cracked ribs, which sidelined him two months, he also fractured his left ankle in August and went on the disabled list again.
