Gonzalez makes one heckuva catch in right. And now that I look at it, we've got one heckuva deffensive outfield. Sweeney in left, Davis in center, and Gonzalez in right. Why don't we run those guys out there every day?

DiNardo somehow works out of that inning. Now onto the twelfth as I leave for my rehab appointment...

Two on, one out, Murphy at the plate. Let's get some late-inning magic going!

You're telling me! UGH of all ways to end the game DiNardo, you have to go and hit the guy. I thought that we were better than that...well there's always tomorrow. Hopefully we can salvage the final game before heading off to Texas.

Street is so terrible sometimes. please trade him while he still has some value. put Casilla, Embree, or even Devine when he comes back as the closer. Street is killing me.

Agreed. Embree did a nice job filling in for Street when he was injured last year. Let him take the job. Anyone but Street.

We're on the verge of being swept by the Yankees. How utterly embarassing is that? We've managed one run against Pettitte. Duke looks to be the hard-luck loser here, unless we get some late inning magic going against Rivera.

Ryan Sweeney singles with one out. Crosby's up. We just might have a chance...

    Re: A's @ Yankees; 3-game set

WTF?! Abreu dropped a routine fly ball, then airmailed Jeter, then A-rod tossed the ball to Jeter to get the force at second on Sweeney. *sighs* It's been that kind of day I guess...

Davis is in to replace Crosby as a PR. Emil Brown is up at the plate.

Damn! I was hoping the A's would take 2 of 3. Not a good start for the A's coming out of the gate in the second half.

Davis is out attempting to steal. That's a game. Our final game at Yankee Stadium ends with a caught stealing. Who knew.
