What should the A's do about Esteban "someone put a voodoo curse on me" Loaiza?

OK, so we all know Loaiza has sucked thus far...only a rain cancelled game last night saved him (well, saved his stats anyway).

1. The guy's velocity is about 4 - 5 MPH off where it usually is
2. He has a record of 0 - 3
3. In his 4 starts he has only gone 18.1 innings (less than 5 innings per start)
4. His ERA is 8.35
5. He has a WHIP of 2.13
6. Opponents are slugging .654 off of him
7. Opponents are hitting .385 off him and have an OBP of .443
8. He has more walks than k's (K/BB = 0.67)
9. He's giving up about 4.5 walks and 15 hits per 9 innings

OAKLAND -- The Oakland A's today announced that they have placed right-handed pitcher Esteban Loaiza on the 15-day Disabled List retroactive to April 24 with a strained left trapezius muscle. To take his spot on the roster, the A's have recalled outfielder Bobby Kielty from Triple-A Sacramento.
