    Ellis hit a homer to make it 2 - 1 A's. A's have bases loaded in the top of the 4th with no outs.

    As long as they are solo shots it's at least tolerable but I did notice a lot of his pitches catching ALOT of the plate. Fine against KC but against our rivals: not good.

    I'll be in and out all weekend as I have to work (we're having a boat show ) so I'll be checking in. Hopefully Ellis is waking up for good.

    still 5 - 2 in the bottom of the 8th. We've only got 4 hits...2 of which by Ellis...the other 2 very easily could have been ruled errors. We do have 6 walks though.

    Is it just me or were you worried in the bottom of that last inning that Macha had once again left his pitcher in too long? Maybe he's saving the bullpen but I don't like that.
