Yankees trailing 2-1 in the bottom of the seventh. Burnett threw a good game today going 6.2 innings and giving up 2 runs. Albaladejo came in and did a job and got us out of the jam. A-rod just went deep and now we have a good scoring opportunity with Matsui on third and Melky at the plate.
Cabrera just sac flied to shallow left but Span's throw into plate was way off line. Absolute terrible throw, we're now tied up 2-2.
Wow! Cuddyer just made an amazing sliding catch to end the inning. Amazing catch by Cuddyer. Top of the 8th now.
Cuddyer just swiped second on Cash. Bobbled the transition and the play at second wasn't even close.
Cuddyer made a base running mistake and got thrown at second. Gomez up to the plate with a man on first and one out.
Albaladejo lets the bases get loaded now Girardi will bring in Brett Tomko.
Wow! Teixeira makes an outstanding play at first. Infield was in and he made an amazing dive to cut the ball off from going into right and then made an awesome throw to home from his knees. Great play by Tex. Tomko gets us out of the jam by getting Tolbert to pop up to Cash.
Jeter takes the inside pitch and bloops it into center for his second base hit of the day. Damon singles to left and advances Jeter. Here comes Teixeira!
Tex drives one to deep right and just barely missed it. Jeter advances to third.
