Yankees are not producing!

There are many many things that needs to be fixed! The bats suck! I don't care if A-rod or Jorge Posada is out! This offense is still good enough on paper to score runs, and they ain't producing. That just gets more pressure on the pitcher, and the Mets feasted on Chien-Ming Wang as a result! We're gonna need an amazing late May and June now so that we won't eventually go 14.5 out of 1st place like last year. Oliver Perez & Johan Santana baffled the Yankees all weekend, the Mets are a better team than us.

We are looking for answers! Come on Yankees! You are a better team than your record shows! You're just not proving it!

As much as this is ranting and yelling, i kind of agree...this team is good enough to win without A-Rod and Posada. Especially if the D-backs and Marlins are winning with no-names, the Yankees can certainly win with guys like Morgan Ensberg and Alberto Gonzalez and Darrel Rasner and Ian Kennedy dotted in the lineup and rotation. They're just not doing it.

The Mets pitchers have the same pressure b/c their bats weren't producing so that's just an excuse for Wang and our bats scored enough to win on Saturday. Wang is just not consistent enough to be a true ace. He goes through great stretches and horrible stretches, he's more of a 2 or a 3 and hopefully the young guys develop to push him back w/in the next few years.

Yeah. Lets go from 190 million a year to 250 million a year. The Yankees have to learn that as they did in the late 90's, solid role players are better when put together than old overpaid sluggers.

Because they want Abreu, Damon, Melky all in the lineup, as well as Matsui. And since they don't trust any of the above at 1B, they let Giambi play the field, and put Matsui at DH
