    Great game for Wang and a much needed victory for the Yankees. Steinbrenner was starting to steam in his office and the countdown was about to begin on how long it would take before he was about to hangout Girardi to dry.

    That is about right. If they lose tomorrow night Girardi should keep a close watch on his head.

    Yeah, steinbrenner might go all french revolution on his ass and give him the guillotine like he gave torre. not complaining about that though, i think a change was needed, and i think girardi's the right man

    I think he is the right guy for the job as well. I really think Joe Torre was getting a bit stale and losing control in the clubhouse with all those stars. I just hope old George see it as he is the man if the Yankees are 10 games under .500 at some point of the season.
